Grace and Frankie

Grace and FrankieLast night I finished “binge” watching Grace and Frankie on NETFLIX. Apparently I really liked the show since I, self-admittedly, watched the entire first season in the last 3-4 days.

If you have not watched it yet I suggest you do.

If don’t have NETFLIX, what the hell is wrong with you?

For as long as they can recall, Grace and Frankie have been rivals.

Their one-upmanship comes crashing to a halt, however, when they learn that their husbands have fallen in love with each other and want to get married.

As everything around the ladies is coming apart, the only thing they can really rely on is each other.

I found the series well acted and honest. It didn’t feel sensationalized or like a big production. I felt like I was watching a real story unfold the way a real life situation unfolds.

I mean yes I realise it is a drama, I enjoyed the ups and downs and sharing the happy moments, laughs and the sad tears.

I have to say though, I don’t think I have heard the word vagina that many times in the span of 30 minutes (one particular episode) and found myself laughing so hard that I was starting to choke and cry.

I am looking forward to season 2.
