my body HURTS 

I have been forcing myself to be more active.

Even when I feel like shit. I need to get my metabolism running hotter and I also need to know what it’s going to be like when I stop taking one of my medications in two weeks. 

I used to run 5Km a day and it wasn’t an issue. Now I hurt all over and I have only walked! 

Some one wanna come and rub it all better?
