I made a quick soup stock earlier this evening.
I had a craving for soup this weekend; was thinking Won Ton and Ramen.
I went the low sodium route.
After it was done cooking and simmering with the garlic, spring onions and ginger all being cooked through, would you care to guess what was missing to make it “pop”?
Hopefully, that will all balance out once the soup is done with all the ingredients.
Needless to say? I had a really good laugh.
