I had a rather large load of laundry piled up. One that I have been expertly avoiding, for a while.
I thought I would “compromise” (I don’t really know what or who I was bargaining with) by just taking out the NECESSARY – MUST HAVE laundry, do that right away and perhaps that would motivate me to just say, “fuck it, I will just do this second load and just be done”.
Nope!
Didn’t work. Because now I have 2 piles of laundry that BOTH look as big as the original pile was.
