It is all in how you decorate that balcony; and today while this MASSIVE storm was moving in across the city, a neighbour across the street, was out standing on their balcony when a flash of lighting ripped across the valley followed but the concussion of thunder.
Myself, being of dark complexion, I have been very lucky with the sun. Everyone else in my house was touched with the “Gift of Ginger”.

I was hoping 2020 would be the year we would put the anecdote “hindsight is 20/20” into practise and it seems we had further to go before we could turn around and start climbing out of the hole we’ve been dug into.
Well this was easy, fun and DELICIOUS. So maybe, now, we have new motivation to reduce the amount of plastic going to landfill and increase the amount of plastic to be recycled.
